What happened to this place? Use to be a regular stop for us but the last 3 visits were terrible. Upon entering we noticed only 4 people in the restaurant and it was extremely warm. Thermostat on the wall said 81° and no music was playing so hot and silent. Weird but again we stuck around and hoped things have changed. We were wrong. Garlic knots were most likely reheated one to many times since they were so hard our daughter chipped a tooth. No lie! The same waitress we had last time and same mistake as last time. Pizza comes out wrong so waited patiently for the actual one we ordered arrived but by this time we were done sweating and kids were finished so had a quick bite and asked for boxes. Waitress comes over to tell us they took a % off the bill for their mistake. 10% off lol but with the added operations fee which I'd almost understand if the operations were good but we paid a 4% extra fee for no ac, no music and the luxury of taking our pizza home in a box. We know now why everytime we invite family or friends to go with us they quickly refuse because of past issues. To many good pizza places now around so this place will be closed soon especially if this is their standard

Went today had ordered Veal Parm an Penne. Well got spaghetti. Rolls were like a rock. Took over 20 minutes just to get the soup. Then 20 minutes plus later food arrived. Place really went downhill. I used to love this place. Was told place was sold new owners tomorrow. Not sure if I really want to go back. Also had sweet tea, when they did a refill they sent unsweetened. Hope they get there act together.

Food is really good. Large portions. Play straight up don't care about keeping your drink full, you have to ask. The garlic knots are crunchy on top. Cool place. They also charge you a 4% operations fee.

The gentleman I ordered from was extremely polite & kind. I called from AZ . He was extremely kind & receptive. I told him my parents previoius experiemce w/ Door Dash (DD) & asked him to provide DD w/ my parents tel # & call once driver arrived but still in car. I also gave him additional instructions. My parents are elderly & by calling while in the car allowed time for my Mom to answer the door. Thus, the DD driver was able to hand the food to my Mom. Although I don't recall the gentleman's name I spoke w/ he was extremely courteous & overall wonderful. Also, my parents, A. & D. DeVita, enjoyed the food very-very much. Thank you for everything!! 5* for everything at Little Italy today. Service, cleanliness, food, atmosphere and everything else Cathy Was our server. She was so nice. We ordered 3 slices of pizza and a side of fries. The pizza is so good. Lots of imitators down here but little Italy has a good slice. Thanks for a great lunch
